He is not only knowledgeable about all aspects of medicine, but is a caring and compassionate individual who actually spends time with his patients and gets to know them as individuals. My husband and I are very satisfied and extremely happy with the care we get from Dr. Hanley and the staff at Ancuram Family Health. Because Dr. Hanley always takes his time with us, we don't mind the usual wait to be seen knowing that he is giving other patients his full attention and the time they need. We also love the fact that Dr. Hanley is not quick to throw medications at every issue but rather looks deeper into why there is a problem and recommends ways to correct it holistically before prescribing pharmaceuticals that generally come with adverse side effects. The office staff is pleasant and personable and helpful.

Everyone from the front office to the Dr. made the extra effort to make me feel welcome on my first visit. The Dr. spent time explaining his thought process on the matter along with taking time to hear mine. I am not a person that has ever taken a lot of medication and I am hoping not to have to as I age. This Dr. seems to be on the same page with me. If you are looking for a family Dr., that lays out your options from old school practices to modern day then give him a visit.

I’m so happy to have found a physician (and his team) that actually acts like he cares about me. His staff is also amazing, and I had a great conversation with one of his nurses, Abby. I really like her, and she helped me find a new specialist. Dr Hanley looked at me the entire exam, and not his computer screen. That was a refreshing change from what I’ve had in the past. Very impressed, and they are now my doctor. I’m very pleased!

Everyone was friendly and thorough. Dr. Hanley explained everything very well. I had a blood draw and that was painful and I bleed very badly twice afterwards. This has never happened in my lifetime. Still waiting for my prescription, don't know if they were called in or what to do now.

The entire staff is always very kind and helpful. I have been recovering from a car accident. Dr Hanley has been hands on in my recovery plan. Nadia has been amazing in helping with all of the paperwork to make sure my disability paperwork is in order and even dropped by our home to get a signature needed. This has made it so much easier through this stressful time.

It was easy to make an appointment. We arrived early to fill out our paperwork as this was our first visit. The staff at reception was very pleasant and knew how to make us feel welcome. The office is pleasant, clean, and well lighted. Erica, one of the nurses, took us into and examining room and help us finish the paperwork. She took our medical information and our vitals. Awhile after she left Dr. Hanley came in. We had a very nice introductory discussion with plenty of questions and answers. We were not hurried or pushed to finish up. I recommend this office and Dr. Hanley.

Been a patient of Dr. Hanley for a little over a year now. I absolutely love his approach to my personal health & well-being. I wouldn't hesitate one second to recommend any friend or family member to him & his practice. I feel they genuinely care about my health. If I had more than 2 thumbs, they'd be up too!

Dr Hanley is a very nice person that genuinely cares about his patients.

I normally don’t give anyone five stars. But these guys deserve it. I haven’t been to a doctor in almost 10 years and just recently got on Medicare. Just had my first visit with them. It was made totally comfortable for me. I see no problem with these people so far, but will update as time goes. I honestly don’t see how there could ever be a problem.

Doctor Hanley is AWSOME! He is very good listener and come out with a plan that tailored to my problem. I will recommend him to a friends and family. My husband see Dr. Hanley also and when my husband has a blood clot even thou the office was close because of the hurricane Nadia sent an order to Radiology Regional for Ultrasound. And when I was having a severe headache after hurricane I was still able to do Telemed with doctor Hanley. We are very great full with Dr. Hanley and the whole stuff.
